Dr. David Williams, MD
Dr. David Williams graduated high school from Stavanger American School in Norway in 1987. He attended Baylor University from 1987-1991 where he received a BS in Biology, and his medical degree was awarded by the OU College of Medicine (1991-1995). Residency was completed here in Alabama, at the University of Alabama College of Community Health Sciences in Tuscaloosa (1995-1998). Although his background includes treating patients in the clinic, urgent care, and ER setting, he went into Wellness Medicine full time almost ten years ago.
Beth Fuller, FNP
Beth Fuller, Family Nurse Practitioner has been practicing for 27 years, with experience in rural health, women’s health, urgent care, pediatric well and sick visits and management of chronic diseases. She is a 1980 graduate of Demopolis High School, University of Alabama’s Capstone College of Nursing, class of 1983, and she received her Family Nurse Practitioner from UAB in 1995. Beth is married to Randy Fuller and they have 4 children and two grandchildren. Beth will be seeing patients in our office for family practice as well as being here for your urgent care needs.
