Updates to Lunch Hours & Cancellation Policies

At Sparrow, our commitment to providing exceptional, personalized healthcare remains our top priority. To better serve all our patients and maintain the highest quality standards, we're implementing some important updates to our scheduling and policies, effective August 5th, 2025.

New Lunch Break Hours for Better Patient Care

Beginning August 5th, our clinic will close for lunch from 12:00-12:45 PM CST Tuesday through Friday. This dedicated break ensures our team can recharge and continue providing you with the focused, quality care you deserve throughout the day. Please note that appointments and supplement pickups will not be available during this 45-minute window.

Our updated hours remain:

Tuesday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Closed for lunch: 12:00-12:45 PM CST daily

Punctuality Policy - Keeping Everyone On Schedule

To help us serve all patients as efficiently as possible and minimize delays that can affect everyone's experience, patients arriving 15 minutes or later to any appointment will need to reschedule to either a later time that day or another available day. While we strive to stay on schedule, we understand that the nature of healthcare can sometimes lead to unexpected delays, and this policy helps us maintain our commitment to respecting everyone's valuable time as much as possible.

Enhanced Quality Standards for Select Services

We're committed to providing exceptional care across our services while managing costs sustainably. To ensure we can continue offering high-quality treatments at competitive rates, we're updating our appointment policies for specific services:

IV Therapy: Our IV therapy program continues to set the gold standard with naturally compounded, preservative-free formulations that deliver superior results compared to synthetic alternatives used elsewhere.

No-show fee: $65 will be charged for missed appointments
Late cancellations: After the third occurrence of canceling with less than 24 hours' notice, a $65 fee applies
Quality assurance: After three late cancellations or no-shows, prepayment will be required for future IV sessions

Injections, Adrenal Resets & Med Spa Procedures:

No-show fee: $25 will be charged for missed appointments
Late cancellations: After the third occurrence of canceling with less than 24 hours' notice, a $25 fee applies
Quality assurance: After three late cancellations or no-shows, prepayment will be required for future appointments

Please note: Existing policies for Family Practice, PRP, Stem Cell Therapy, and EBO2 treatments remain unchanged.

These measures help us minimize waste, manage scheduling as efficiently as possible, and keep our costs sustainable, allowing us to continue offering superior treatments at the best possible rates.
