1.Shake well before each use to ensure even distribution of active ingredients.

2.Using the dropper, dispense 1 to 2 droppers full (or as directed on the label) directly under the tongue or into a small amount of water or juice.

3.Hold under the tongue for 30 seconds before swallowing to support fast absorption.
