Take 1 teaspoon by mouth and hold it in your mouth for 30 to 90 seconds before swallowing. Best taken on an empty stomach or at least 10 minutes before meals. For longer-term use, Sparrow generally recommends 5 days on and 2 days off, or as directed by your healthcare provider. With 20 one-teaspoon servings per bottle, this schedule makes each bottle approximately a 30-day supply. Refrigerate on arrival.
