Ergo-Thione+ pairs ergothioneine with glutathione, vitamin C and selenium in a single liposomal formula. Ergothioneine is an amino acid the body can't make on its own — it comes from the diet, and the body actively transports it into tissue and holds onto it. Take 1 teaspoon by mouth. Hold in mouth for 30–90 seconds before swallowing. Repeat to desired dosage or as directed by a healthcare professional.
